Our Story

OYOM & COMPANY was established as a firm by the Corporate Affairs Commission in 1994 to provide the following services- Valuation for various purposes, Sales, Letting/Leasing, Purchasing and Estate Agency, Property Management, Project Management, Feasibility and Viability Studies, Compensation claims etc. The firm is registered and regulated by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)

The management team is made up of experienced Estate Surveyors and Valuers having been in active practice of the profession for several years. For instance, our Principal Partner, Mr. O. N. Oyom, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers was elected as Associate member of the Institution in 1984 and registered to practice as an Estate Surveyor and Valuer in 1985. He has practiced the profession in the Banking Industry for over 18 years.
